Back to school calendar

6ème

Monday 11th September 2023

At roll call, each pupil must be in possession of the documents to be returned to the class teacher.

  • 2.00 p.m.: Year 6 roll call in the Year 6 playground (entrance via the annexe building)
  • 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.: The class is met by the class teacher. 

 

During this first meeting, the class teacher will :

  • giving the necessary instructions for a smooth start to the new school year
  • distribute and explain the weekly timetable
  • organising a visit to the new school

 

  • 17:00: Meeting between parents of 6eme pupils and the class's head teacher. 

 

Tuesday 12 September 2023

  • 8.00am: Classes start
  • 11.00am: Start of half-board

 

During the second school week, the distribution of the computer equipment provided by the Prince's Government will be organised. Pupils will also receive the training they need to use it. 

 

5ème, 4ème, 3ème

  • 08.00: 4ème pupils are called to the 6ème playground (entrance via the annexe building)
  • 09.30: 5ème pupils are called to the 6ème playground (entrance via the annexe building)
  • 11.00am: 3ème pupils are called to the 6ème playground (entrance via the annexe building)


Information for the 5ème :

Pupils are asked to bring their computers with them. 

The meeting with the class teacher will last approximately two hours. The class teacher will be responsible for

  • Refresher course on computers (using the computer support)
  • give the necessary instructions to ensure that the new school year runs smoothly
  • distribute and comment on the weekly timetable


Information for 4ème and 3ème:

The meeting with the class teacher will last approximately two hours. The class teacher will :

  • give the necessary instructions for a smooth start to the new school year
  • distribute and comment on the weekly timetable


Information for new pupils: 

An appointment will be made at 2.15 p.m. for approximately two hours in order to carry out :

  • computer equipment
  • essential training in the use of this tool provided by the Prince's Government
