Interventions in 5th
In November, as part of the Health and Equality Education for Boys, all fifth grade students were able to participate in a one-hour intervention around puberty and especially menstruation.
These workshops were organized and funded by the Committee for the Promotion and Protection of Women’s Rights; the animation was carried out by stakeholders from the SheCanHeCan Association.
The goal of the workshops was to break the taboos around the rules by educating students on the subject and creating an open discussion for all. During the workshop, speakers discussed puberty, the biological aspect of the cycle, the emotional aspect and the different periodic protections.
The workshops thus enabled a major action to raise awareness among young people through an information, exchange and sharing moment.
